Cancelling before or after dispatch
Whether an order can be cancelled depends on one thing: has it left our warehouse yet?
Before dispatch
Cancel any time before your order leaves our warehouse.
- Order not yet processed or shipped
- Full refund to original payment method
After dispatch
Once shipped, an order can no longer be cancelled.
- Order has already been shipped
- Cancellation requests can't be processed
02 — Returns: not accepted for food products
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns of food products once they have been delivered.
Replacement & refund eligibility
Issues caused by us are covered in full. Issues outside our control, like a change of mind, generally are not.

Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with proof attached.

From report to refund
Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery

- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Brief description of the issue
Our team verifies your request
We review the proof against your order details before approving or declining the claim.
We approve a refund or replacement
Where appropriate, a replacement may be offered in place of a refund.
Refund issued within 5–7 business days
Approved amounts are credited back to your original payment method. Timing can vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.
When we offer a replacement instead
Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement rather than a refund in these cases:
Wrong item delivered
We'll send the correct item as a swap for the one you received.
Damaged product received
A fresh, undamaged unit is dispatched once your claim is verified.
Manufacturing defect confirmed
Confirmed defects are replaced at no extra cost to you.
When we may cancel an order
Apna Nashta reserves the right to cancel any order due to the following. In every such case, a full refund will be issued.
Product unavailability
An item in your order is out of stock at the time of processing.
Pricing or technical errors
An error in listed price or order details is discovered before dispatch.
Payment verification issues
Your payment could not be confirmed or verified successfully.
Suspected fraudulent activity
An order shows signs of fraud or misuse of our platform.
